Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Within the US delivery times quoted is 5 business days.
Q: Is there package tracking information available?
A: All domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. Since
it does not allow tracking a status of the package that is en-route,
but shows only USPS acceptance of the package and delivery time. You
should contact the seller for delivery confirmation number only if you
have not received your package in 8 business days after it was shipped.
All international packages are shipped without delivery confirmation.
Packages with 5 or more items will be insured if insurance for shipping
to your country is available.
Q: Is there a return policy?
A: If your item received defective/damaged, you have 10 days to return
it back to the seller. Please, include a note with an item number and a
reasond for return. On your request, a defective/damaged item will be
either replaced with a new one (only the same model), or refund of its
price will be issued (S&H is not refundable). Since we sell only
brand new items, returned items with signs of usage will not be
accepted.
